STEP 1
Initial Information
We will have an initial consultation where we take down your name, age, height, and dry weight before we begin the water body fat test.

STEP 2
Step Into Tank
For this step, you will need to wear a bathing suit and enter the tank in order to be tested.
STEP 3
Water Body Fat Test - Exhale & Submerge
You will exhale all oxygen and completely submerge under water to be weighed. This process is repeated at least two times to get the most accurate results. The water is chlorinated, filtered, and heated between 90 and 95 degrees Farenheit.

STEP 4
Get Results
You will be provided a four-page print out with your body fat percentage, lean body mass, weight, and weight in fat. In addition you will receive your resting metabolic rate as well as calories burned during different cardio exercises for your body specifically.
