Rescheduling:
If you are interested in rescheduling your appointment up to 24 hours before the original appointment, send an email to Heather@BodyFatTest.com, and we can cancel your appointment and can assist you with rescheduling another one.

Cancellations and refunds:
Up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment- you may reschedule your appointment, or use the credit towards a future event, or you can request a refund by sending an email to Heather@BodyFatTest.com

Less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment- please contact us to cancel your appointment. At this time your test is no longer refundable, we'd be happy to assist you in rescheduling another one.

 

No shows:

No shows lose their test credit and there will be no refunds given.
